Return Window
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
- Unfortunately, customized products are not eligible for return or refund.
We understand that a toy one child loves may not be the perfect fit for another. That’s why we aim to keep our return process simple and stress-free.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, we can provide a printable return shipping label.
- A $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
- Simply print the label, securely pack the item, and drop it off at your nearest UPS location
Condition of Returned Items
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, we can provide a printable return shipping label.
- New, unused, and in resellable condition
- Returned in their original packaging
- Include all tags, instructions, and components
We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that are:
- Not in new condition
- Missing original packaging
- Damaged or missing parts
If an item is returned within 30 days in non-new condition, the refund (minus return shipping) will be issued to the original payment method.
Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items
If your order arrives:
- Incorrect
- Damaged during shipping
- With a manufacturing defect

Once verified, we may ship a replacement directly from the manufacturer at no additional cost.

Orders Outside the Continental U.S. (Lower 48 States)
If your shipping address is outside the contiguous United States:
- Due to higher shipping costs, we cannot provide prepaid return labels
- Returns are still accepted, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Order Cancellations
If your shipping address is outside the contiguous United States:
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been packed, assigned a tracking number, or shipped
- Orders canceled before shipment will not incur any fees
- If part of your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of the shipped items
- Orders cannot be intercepted once shipped
